Hercules is my latest creation, a Valpolicella Superiore of outstanding quality.
Like its older brother Decem, it is the perfect union between amphora and wood, a meeting of two ancient and different ageing styles, skilfully brought together after years of careful experimentation.

The art
Blend of the finest grapes from the most suitable vineyards. Vines personally cultivated, using my techniques learned from my father Leone and respecting Nature as much as possible. Vinified in wooden vats with manual punch-downs. Pressed with an old manual press. Aged in amphora and then in barrels for a total of about five years. Bottled with great care and refined for about one year in the bottle.
