HERCULES, VALPOLICELLA SUPERIORE<\/p>\n

Hercules is my latest creation, a high quality Valpolicella Superiore.<\/p>\n

Like its older brother Decem, it is the perfect union between amphora and wood, a meeting between two ancient and different aging styles, expertly combined after years of careful experimentation.<\/p>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t \t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\tHERCULES, Valpolicella Superiore<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The art
\nProduced in the most important years. Blend of the best grapes from the most suitable vineyards.<\/p>\n

Vineyards cultivated personally, with my techniques learned from my father Leone and respecting Nature to the maximum.
\nVinified in a wooden vat with hand punching. Pressed with an old manual press.
\nAged in amphora and then in barrels for a total of about five years
\nBottled with great respect and refined for about a year in the bottle.<\/p>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n
